• Menu creation and shopping

• Prepare and store food safely before and during events

• Set dishware if needed, as some of our vendors set their own

• Serve appetizers at cocktail hour

• Serve dinner plated. family style or buffet

• Clear guest dishware from tables

• Pour water and ice for dinner service (before and after dinner is set at the bar)

• Cut sheet cake and serve it, if needed

NOTE:

If you prefer China; we can sub-contract the dishware, glassware, and silverware
with our preferred vendor and they have your tables set and cleared for you.

Or if you prefer even more economical choice,
we can suggest renting our vintage melamine plates, or single use wood palm eco-friendly plates.
