Angela Mary Hepler is the Owner & the Executive Chef here at White Horse Farm Catering in Southwest Michigan.

She has owned and operated nearly a dozen restaurants in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago over the last 25 years. Her experience in Chicago along with her roots in farming here in Michigan, make her the perfect choice for your wedding. She marries refined traditional comfort food with a farm to table experience.

Farming and feeding others is part of Angela’s ancestral story, with both of her parents, and her parent’s parents, all being born and raised on working farms here in Michigan. Angela moved on to Chicago at19 to pursue her education and her career. She opened her first restaurant at the age of 27, Sushi Wabi. She went on to own and operate successful and well-loved concepts in Chicago’s Foodie neighborhood, the West Loop. Her restaurants include; Sushi Wabi, De Cero, HELLOTACOS!, Veerasway Fresh Indian, Grange Hall Burger Bar, sushiDOKKU, Booze Box, The Front Room and The Backdoor Saloon. All of which are centered around approachable, rustic, and comfort driven food.

Here in Michigan she gathers all she has learned and shares it with families from around the world.

Our team is a group of young men and women from our local community who are genuinely kind and warm people. They are smart on their feet and they go above and beyond the call of duty for others.

Our uniform consists of French blue button down shirts and long white service aprons.

Our team is highly conscious of sanitation and cleanliness and always keeps their work area tidy and safe.
